Poor old Wrigley. They probably decided to buy that stock on a lark. Probably haven't got a clue why they wanted to own GUMM. You don't suppose they did their due diligence and thought it was a good investment, do ya?

Upon completion of the transaction, Gary Kehoe will join the Wrigley Company but will maintain a consulting relationship with Gum Tech.
