Don't know about CMOS, but AMAT looks pretty interesting. A check of the monthlies reveals a channel extending back to 1995. Like most techies, they left the channel during the GMI (Great Mass Insanity), but plopped back into the channel a few months ago. They've found repeated resistance there (duh), and should take a little trip down to the bottom of the channel for another 50% haircut. Makes some sense fundamentally, since they're presently at nearly 20X peak cycle earnings. A cut to 10X peak cycle earnings would be reasonable. BC
