It may take a while to get the sellers to chill....so much fear and buyer/seller remorse. We need a Therapist on S & I to help out.

Hell Ed, these court cases meant everything.......what happens to rmbs when the royalty river turns into a royalty drip?

Many, many months ago, I questioned it's business model....I didnt like the fact that a company made it's money from collecting money from customers that dont want to pay for the service...and many working around the technology to avoid having to be at RMBS's mercy....but at the same time, I figured if these patents hold up, they will be a money making machine, and with the big boys signing up, I really expected the patents would hold up and infineon and others would settle. Anyway, the gambling guy that I am, I went against my own reservations and held the stock and the calls........Like you, today was the last straw....take my loss, but preserve capital, because frankly, it doesnt matter if I bought at $100 or $50...if it's going to $5, I'll take $29 for it....so today, I uncovered my rmbs and sold...preserve what little capital was left. yes, rmbs will go down as one major disaster in my book, but like you said, you gotta learn from your mistakes. I guess the one positive I have is that by selling, I now have the opportunity to put that money into something else.....any thoughts or idea's.....you know I love sunw....under $20 seems good for the long term and current pe is actually relatively decent right now.....or maybe orcl or intc........or maybe add more atml....anyway, not buying right now....will wait...maybe put in some low ball offers on extr, ntap, orcl, sunw, intc....and see what, if any hit........any suggestions or comments on the above mentioned stocks.....I am looking to get the most bang for my buck or course so I want to stay away from anything high priced.....stick with quality beaten downs that will eventually come back and dont rely on a bunch of prayers in the wind for success...? Thanks, as always.....and please dont tell me to buy INSP or icge <ggg>

Thanks

Keith
