For Rambus watchers, this website lets you access the docket in the case, and also has a few of the pleadings online. I have access to federal court dockets via Pacer, and downloaded the docket earlier today, so I know it's the real thing. Not much info on yesterday's order, won't be until it's actually entered, and of course these things are always subject to revision.

This site also has a message board and some guy named USJeff is keeping in touch with the court clerk in the Rambus v. Infinion suit - he's either a lawyer or otherwise knows what he's doing. Edit - just read through the messages - I don't think he's a lawyer, he just has access to the docket, probably through Pacer because the court's web site is under construction. At the moment there is a hearing going on, apparently. The judge's clerk will make an entry into the court's computer that will give very sketch information about what happened. Not sure whether Pacer is real time or not, I'll check. [Edit - it's not.] The judge may rule from the bench or take the motions under advisement - and the people in the courtroom will know what he said, but they will be the only ones. They can give their versions of what he said but if they are participants you won't know whether it's real or spin.

Little piggie still sports a $2.7B market cap, over 30 times sales. I'm glad to see the courts aren't taking the parasite too seriously.

In other news, we're obviously on the same wavelength again this AM. I was reviewing all the nice bear flags. SOX darn near gave its flag up just a coupla minutes ago. NDX won't find support there for another 2% down or so, about 1730 and rising. I'm not sure how much longer the flags will stay in force. They seem to be getting pretty ripe now.

NDX *just* closed the gap down from Monday with the gap up this morning. Quite late, and a very weak way to go about filling a gap - by filling with another gap.

You got that right. While I haven't played Rambo for quite some time, I can't help but chuckle about Zeev's recent chart chasing comments on it. Oops, toss that chart out the window. -g- Wonder if Stewart Steele, an SI poster, scooted out of his few million plus shares. At one point he had well over a half billion dollar gain. -ng-
