<<You are a long term holder arent you. >>

I was, but not anymore.....I fail to see the reasoning in holding rmbs at this point, when I could put that money into a company that doesnt rely on pie in the sky wishes to make money.....lets face it, nobody wants to pay rmbs...everybody is working on technology to get around rmbs....just too many negatives and this court rulling was simply the final straw......nope, I'll put my money into something that I am more certain has a viable future. With that said, it would not surprise me if rmbs turns around and hits it bigtime...but for me, as I said, this was the last straw.......time to preserve capital........

Thanks keith....best of luck to all that still hold and believe in rmbs......

There is no official newswire story about RMBS losing to Infineon at this point that I have seen. If anyone has seen it please post.
