There's a possibility that some of the Rambus senior execs could spend a little time in the slammer. Awhattahuh??? I read about the warning this morning on The Street.com, which stated: "The ruling, in Virginia, could hurt Rambus' attempt to claim royalties on SDRAM and DDR memory. " Where are you getting the rest, especially about Rambus sr. execs serving time... Also, I really don't see how this affects the P4 one whit. RMBS is just a "patent holding company," and most of the major memory manufacturers have already committed to drastically increasing RDRAM production...
