I've seen several news releases from Perfect Trader Inc. today, and I'm pleased to see that the PR department is finally out on bail and getting back to work. There was also this announcement earlier: Las Vegas, March 15,2001 (PDQ BUSINESS SERVICE) – Perfect Trader Inc., a privately held company with an uncertain address, has announced the implementation of PowerRolling blackouts for subscribers to its popular 20/20 Hindsight© service. Anton van Leeuwenhoek, the cryonically preserved founder of the company, announced during a periodic thawing out that the PowerRolling blackouts would enable more cost-cutting on servers. Leeuwenhoek, who died in 1723, said that despite the cutbacks, the 20/20 Hindsight© service would continue to remain operational at least 4 percent of the time for some subscribers. 20/20 Hindsight© subscribers expressed enthusiasm for the plan on Internet bulletin boards and in chatrooms. “I haven’t been able to connect to 20/20 Hindsight© all morning, and I’ve cut my trading losses nearly in half,” said Iva Binhad, a longtime subscriber to the service. "We are taking steps to double-bill Binhad," Leeuwenhoek said, while pouring 190-proof grain alcohol into his cryonic preservation tank.
