I think you may be looking at two different sets of numbers -- the ones you posted are those implied by forward sales prices -- not sure what the others are -- they appear to be some kind of bids

you mean this page which shows lease rates going NEGATIVE on March 9&12 is correct? i don't think so...

will try to clear it up and come back to this later. apparently those are NOT the actual lease rates, but the forward contango...when that goes negative, near term supply is constrained.
