Thanx I'll do the reading.

You are right, but what I also meant was psychology: boomers won't want to retire. That was when people stayed at one company and had pension plans and at 65 they were "old". Boomers won't even see themselves as old at that age. I really don't know a single boomer who is waiting or hoping for retirement.
