JUDGING BY THE STOCK'S ACTION, THE ORDER PROBABLY WILL REFLECT WHAT HAPPENED IN COURT YESTERDAY AND THE JUDGE IS TAKING TODAY TO DRAFT IT. AND WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY MUST NOT HAVE BEEN TOO GOOD. STOCKS DON'T FALL THIS MUCH WITHOUT SOMETHING "REAL" GOING ON. GIVEN THERE WAS A HEARING YESTERDAY AND GIVEN THAT THERE WERE PROBABLYPEOPLE THERE WHO ARE NOW DUMPING THE STOCK, I SUSPECT RMBS' FUTURE IS A LOT LESS CERTAIN THAN IT WAS 48 HOURS AGO.

Rambus trading

Rambus has already shows 24500 trades as of 12 noon. Normally it trades around 5,000 to 7000 trades per day and just above 10,000 on a busy day.

Vol 11 million, norm around 4 million

Cash flow -100,000

BTW I predicted a 30 - 50 percent drop if the news was against them, so far down 25.8 percent
