Trend lines should be used as an approximate target and I don't like to use them as firm criteria. Too often one can be fooled with the short term volatility as the trend line approaches. I would think by the low teens there should be plenty of folks starting to look at the index as attractive. The OSX is holding onto it's support thus far here around 120. I'm willing to wait until at least Monday to see how the OPEC meeting is being viewed by the futures markets before I take a new position on the OSX or it's associated stocks. For those more inclined to gamble, well you can choose either side here if you think you can predict the weekend's outcome.

Good luck and jmo,
Michael
