For the few on this thread who might not know, a Fibonacci sequence {1, 1, 2, 3, 5 ,8, 13, 21...), or next value equal sum of previous two values, stabilizes at a ratio of the previous value to the current at 61.80339%. For those who believe in the Fibonacci sort of thing, the close of the Compx on 3/12/2001 (1923.91) has a ratio of 61.8924% to the peak value of 5048.62 achieved almost precisely one year earlier (3/9/2000). Close, but no cigar!!!! LOL!
