I am still in the process of finishing the manual. It's taking a lot longer to write than I originally thought. Turns out that while the techniques are simple, it is "where and when" that is hard to teach, and I have had to devise a way to show users how to do apply each technique and use each tool properly, at the right time and place in the market. It took a while to think of a good method, but I have managed to do it with a multiple transparency overlay. Also, we teach the use of multiple timeframes and it's not easy to do it with a book, since by definition, the medium is not dynamic. Nonetheless, it should be ready by month end. Teresa
