Hi, there. Just a note about how things normally work in our fair court system. First, each defendent and each plaintiff are basically awarded 1 postponement excuse apiece in the ramp up phasse...so, Reg Howe, would get one and each of the other battery of attorneys representing each of the others signatories in the case will get one, so onlookers should brace themselves for at least a dozen of these "ON? not, it's OFF" again calendar dates. That's why...somebody went crying to the judge saying they weren't ready and then it will be someone else's turn the next time. It is called Rule 201 in Negotiating for Dummies...a required course for all pre-law wannabees.

Me, I want to know who couldn't get their "answer" filed in a timely manner today. For all the ballyhoo this 3/15 calendar date got, Murphy just couldn't bring himself to advertise that his enveloping horn got a cold and didn't honk today...<g>
