That is not sufficient. Many defects appear congenitally that are not healthy or normal, like blindness or retardation. Many defects occur after birth, due to accident or disease. We do not automatically pile on those in a predicament. If there are homosexuals who can't really help it, and we are not in a position to distinguish which are "really homosexual", then we are should be circumspect in our treatment of the issue and of them.......
