Rambus just passed 40,000 trades on 18.5 million shares with money flow of - $3.7 million

$25 or pre-split $100 seems to be the line in the sand.

IFX' tactics were to influence the judge on the Markman claims, by making RMBS look like the bad guys in the JEDEC matter. The issues are more "related" than meets the eye.

As for the patent claims, I agree that the narrow construction rumor is very likely true. But we will need to see what other claims are at issue in the case.
