Also, options expiration might have something to do with it, since all the bag holders of RMBS who had written covered calls on it can be reasonably sure that they won't be called away, and can now sell their long positions. T. P.S. It wasn't in OttoGraphs because it did not meet the minimum requirement of 5,000,000 shares traded.
