OVETUS,

I received an email from GATA President Bill Murphy stating one of several named defendants The Treasury papers were due today and that Reg Howe was picking up the court papers from said defendant. The other defendants have until March 30th to respond to the filed lawsuit. Bill stated the papers could possibly be up to 30 pages long from Treasury response and he was going to see if they could get it in electronic form.

These are all the named defendants:

Bank for International Settlements, )
Alan Greenspan, )
William J. McDonough, )
J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc., )
Chase Manhattan Corp., )
Citigroup, Inc., )
Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., )
Deutsche Bank AG and )
Lawrence H. Summers, )
Secretary of the Treasury, )
Defendants. )

I don't know if there was a hearing today between GATA plaintiff Reg Howe and Treasury or simply Treasury papers were due on March 15th and Reg was simply picking up the papers on today's deadline. I will try to clear it up.

Best Regards, J.T.
