Also, the following I stole from another thread, but I would like to point out the poster only listed a very limited number of the companies that icge has stakes in.....I think he lists 5 - 7, when there are about 49 I think.....16 of which are doing very well and are nearing profitability, while others are being merged and or sold. Anyway, they seem to be making the right moves, and I do believe when the market turns, icge will survive and prosper. Also, if you hit the news links, there was something out yesterday...an independent unbiased view of the 4 main "incubators" ( I wish they wouldnt call icge that <ggg>), and the report was unfavorable to 3 and favorable to 1. The one it said is making all the right moves and is poised to survive and prosper with real solid companies under it's belt........ICGE. Not hyping...just reporting...do your dd...icge should be considered a very speculative play....speculative plays may fail, but when they suceed, the sometimes can suceed in a big way. ------- Currently ICGE value in public companies that it owns a percentage, after NASDAQ fall of close to 70%, is such. UAXS 23% 96.14 million Bway 32% 7.39 million Onvi 20% 15.6 million Vert 28% 49.76 million ICG Asia 54% 1.1 Billion ITWO 4 million shares 80 million Total 1.34 Billion dollars That is more than 2 times what ICGE is worth now In addition to it 1. ICGE/Sanyo ventures ICGE owns 60% 2. 320 million in cash now/220 million by the end of the year. 3. 15 companies that it is funding 4. Other companies that it support and has stake in them.
