Still no word from Bananaland, but three new Class Action lawsuits announced today biz.yahoo.com One of them is viewable on line bermanesq.com This complaint, at least, is not just a plagiarized copy of some other lawyer's work. The allegations, while of a similar theme, recite some different facts. The class period is different as well, extending from 12/6/99 to 7/17/00 (the other suits I have seen extend to 10/27/00). Well, Monday is likely to be a big day for G* as I see very little chance that continued silence from the company will not be met by an involuntary C.11 filing by bondholders.
