There is little doubt that most of cpq's current problems are macro in nature and not specific to cpq. However, having said that it is disconcerting that there are (i) top level management changes again, (ii) business restructuring with consolidation of consumer and business pcs. etc. This leads us to believe that cpq has deeper problems. BTW Capellas will be on cnbc later on. You don't want to miss that!!

This is clearly a situation that is dictated by the economic climate.
I don't buy the BS that MC is lying or is without a clue. If he is doing either, he's in good company these days.
