OT OT OT You don't REALLY think W's intellect is comparable to Bill Clinton's do you? I didn't say Morals, or anything else like that. I said "intellect." You know, the ability to grasp COMPLEX issues and deal with them, and explain them. The reason W advocates a tax cut is that is a SIMPLE concept to understand. The budget is COMPLEX. And DETAILED. And you know what...W just doesn't have the interest or capacity to deal with it. It really isn't enough to delegate EVERYTHING to your staff, not in that office, my friend. BTW, can anyone tell me if JDSU is a good investment....or am I off the subject?
