You are attacking a straw man. I specifically and deliberately said I do not think taxes are like Hitler. Let me get an exact quote from my post.

"I'm not saying a 80% tax rate is the same as the holocaust
(its not close to being as bad) but both in my opinion are unjust. "

The point about Hitler was to show that not everything done by elected officals is justified by the fact that they were elected. Once that point is established we can then deal with the particulars of the situation.
