The "sort of" is very important in the context of your earlier post. The way the US government is set up, even if the majority of the population wants something, if it violates the rights of others as spelled out in the constitution, the majority does not get their way.

X, Jeb was elected and there is no evidence of any massive fraud in his election. (There is however evidence of such fraud in other elections in other places but it is usually to small to decide the election).
