I know I said it was a monthly commentary but...

It looks like the bears are still firmly in control... what could have been a nice bounce has been lassoed into a tight range/flag... this is no time for a trader to be going long, in my opinion. Investors with a 5yr+ time horizon, well, who knows... that's not me... traders should be cash or looking to short. Cowboys buck the trend, and there's no money to be made being the market's cowboy.

Don't trust the upgrades/downgrades, if anything, they are contrary signals (QCOM to $1000!). And keep in mind, also, that I'm doing my best to be not bearish here. :) Smart shorts will not be 'burned', that's the wishful thinking of a people misallocated... just go with the flow...
