Yes. If a woman aborts a fetus because she can't be a mother, at that time, and then has a child later, when she is able to raise a child, the abortion of the first fetus would be a wonderful gift to the second child, who would never has been born had it not been for the earlier abortion.

Abortion is also a good deed if it is given free and safely.
