Hi Peter

Good luck on the contest - too busy trying to learn as much as possible on the TA in the limited research time I have after hours to check it out yet.

NMR (Namibian Minerals) lost one of its seabed mining units in January in an underwater accident and it has hurt operations severly - they are fending off "voluntary liquidation" (sounds like it is similar to a receivership trustee situation here) by the South African Gov't of some of their subsidiary companies as a result. FInancing is pending to stave off the SA gov't action until insurance proceeds can replace the unit that was lost - anticipated in May. Really paraphrasing here, but that is the essential thing... seems to me that we might be looking at some accumulation in anticipation of returning to full operations at a later date. Canaccord is handling the financing, so watch their action on this one.

I agree with your VTA comments - one to keep on the ticker and watch for a TA move IMHO

PHNP in either (yet)
