For those who believe today's move was due to FUD, and assuming we don't get a pop up in the monring, the Apr 30 calls are at 3 1/4. That is unreal for a stock with this kind of volatilty. The trial begins 3/20 and will be completed before 4/20 (April expiration date). If they win, the stock goes back into the 50's. If they lose, you lose your 3 1/4. Frankly, I can't believe big, huge powerhouse companies signed licesning agreements with RMBS rather than fight in court if their legal depts didn't thoroughly analyze RMBS' patents.
