Zeev, that makes sense. However, what if the Markman hearing goes in Rambus' favor (still a possibility at this point). Maybe we get back that $11 we lost. The breach would only have been temporary and based on that EBN trash.

We'll know the ruling soon enough.

Going back to old posts, the short position I took years ago in RMBS at 110 (now $26) would be finally in the black again. Fortunately I closed it years ago in the $90 range as it might have been painful in the interim. LOL
