Easyriders, Inc. Appoints CEO and General Counsel; Company Completes Internal Restructuring AGOURA HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 2001--Easyriders, Inc. (AMEX:EZR) today announced that J. Robert Fabregas has been appointed chief executive officer and president. Fabregas had been named interim CEO last October when William Prather resigned as chief executive officer as a consequence of the company's sale of M&B Restaurants L.C., its restaurant subsidiary doing business as El Paso Bar-B-Que Co., to Culinary Holdings Inc. Fabregas continues to serve as chief financial officer. The company also announced that Mark S. Dodge has been named executive vice president, general counsel and secretary. Dodge has been exclusively engaged as a consultant to the company since July 1999 and has been responsible for all legal, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, insurance and licensing matters.
