chic, fwiw, CSCO is a TRADING buy here with a stop at 18 1/2. Appears to be headed back to the 22 area. Or one could place a buy stop at 22 looking for a move back to 25.

Now Brookes 20/20 Hindsight(tm) system may tell otherwise (after the fact). That is what makes her system so great. :-)
