Another oft forgotten fact is that historical prices for oil and NG are about $18 and $2. Newbies should listen carefully to OPEC statements about oil supply and prices for basic information about what is happening there. For NG, the easiest thing to do is look at the NG futures strip.

The companies producing oil and/or NG are going to do VERY well for at least the next year. I prefer the NG story but both are very strong, especially for the known fact that the world economies are weakening.
