Hi Chip, You know I hadn't thought about not eating beef.The Irish have a wonderful stew.Would that also preclude Lamb? Jan and I have been to Ireland twice in the last 18 months.Twice (including this trip)on a "Irish Bicycle Safari". Up in the morning run 10 miles have a huge Irish breakfast Smoked Salmon Yogurt Brown Bread Granola - hop on the bike for 10-15 miles stop at a pub warmup (sneak a Guinness) Bike till noon have some soup (sneak a Guinness) bike 20 more miles.Check into the next B&B . Take a warm shower find a small pub (sneak several more Guinness) . Catching a trend by now - HEHEHEHE The most beautiful part of Ireland is the always green countryside. The most fun part of Ireland is talking to the Irish in a pub.They make conversation an art form and very entertaining. It sounds so good I think I'll pack now and leave early.GG Need to figure out how to track the market.Last trips I snuck access to SI at internet cafes - some B&B have computers but it is expensive to access. Wish wireless and pda's were already built out. Bob
