Hi Bob, Well, I guess we'll never know just how close HDI was to really making history. Indications are that they were VERY close, but things aren't always as they seem either. Maybe the Russian powers/mafia etc. never would have allowed them to get the contract in the first place had they known about it. I do believe HDI went there, had meetings with top officials, and in conjuction with Spetznak ironed out contract, and thought they had found the Holy Grail. ted
