Horsegirl,

Echelon has 38 million shares oustanding; Oracle has 5.6 billion. If you spread Echelon's market cap of 600 million across Oracle's 5.6 billion shares, then Echelon would be selling for a little less than 11 cents a share.

Echelon may not deserve its price of 16 a share, but it's not selling for more than Oracle.
