Gosh, I'm thinking of all those people who said AIDS was a plague from God to rid us of certain members of our population. I certainly hope they are not hypocrites and they run with your idea- because there is certainly no other interpretation of this.

That and Mad Cow! Proof that God hates meat eaters. I thought it was proof that God hated cows, after all they're the ones getting slaughtered. Or maybe he's miffed at the ranchers for a slight we've yet to uncover. Then again, he could be against the unholy alliance of the European Union and found this a good way to create the chaos he really loves. I'll bet vegetarians are more than a little concerned about genetic engineering but probably only the religious ones.;)
