Dave, the difference between CF I and II is physical size. Most of the CF cameras built today use the smaller physical size. I use a SNDK 96 mb CF card. I have no experience with the speed, reliability, etc. of competing cards. I also don't know if any of the other card makers have to pay SNDK any royalties. We know that from now on, Lexar will have to pay royalties. If another make of card was built in part by Toshiba, then it's unlikely that any royalties are owed to SNDK. These are questions that are left unanswered after my rather uninformative discussion with CFO Calderoni.
