The agreement provides for the Wrigley Company to pay $25 million to acquire Gum Tech's manufacturing operations and certain contracts and other assets associated with its gum business.

Where are the touts? I am surprised not to hear them say that only the contracts that did not make any money are now leaving them?

Why did Wrigley want the whole company? Why did Wrigley not want Zicam? After all, it is GUMM's future.
