I think not much is going to change. i think the brokers. will still have the illegal inside information. i think the companies will still give guidance. over a beer and a steak. i think the bullshit will still go on. i think the SEC will put a couple of scapegoats in jail. to say they tried. to justifiy their job. i'm not a fan of the government legislating anything. i know how they can drive an industry. in to the ground with their bullshit. i know how that can happen. i've seen that first hand. it's pretty pathetic when that happens. and it takes a while for it to snap back. from all that kind of BS. but the damage. basically has been done. i think the public can just learn best. from letting the winds blow where they need to blow. live and let live. IMO.
