PAUL: I like CIEN also but given the averages of all the other high fliers I would have expected CIEN to be trading between $25-30 today but it has held up better than the rest. That scares me. It could deteriorate further if it is to join the pack. GH

Paul. The naz did a perfect

bounce off the long trendline from the 96, 97, & 98 lows.
What would be a rational % penetration to hold?
I counted roughly 4, 6, & 7% penetration's from the next
levels trendline from these dates. Your view is appreciated.
