Bush can finally BREAK THE OPEC CARTEL, just flood the market with oil on any OPEC cuts and bankrupt the radical countries once and for all, then they can come begging for jet fighters. The Saudiis know their friendship and survival is at stake, just ask Saddam Hussein what he thinks.
