CB, as an 'ole flat land south FL boy, i can attest (according to my parents & others) to the facts that FL natives ended up, holding very tight to their chest, any cash they had left after the bust. we always kidded one old boat captain that he'd never sell his old boomer house because he forgot where he buried the coffee cans of cash in the back yard. my good friends grandfather made a killing, later on in life, because he had the $$ to buy acres and acres of foreclosed land for pennies on the dollar, in fact that's how John D. Mcarther(sic) became the largest land owner in FL. Best Bill/WA
