The joke is blaming a President or one taking credit. Ultimately it falls on the public who want 2 dollars back for every one they pay in and a bunch that will promise that for votes. Not to mention lax inmigration laws for the sake of votes as well.
In SoFL, we are now out of water. You get to water your lawn once a week between 4 and 7 AM. Meanwhile 1000 more a day come in from the north and who knows how may from the south.
I won't stop watering until they cut off the golf courses.
