XOI getting ready to rebound to new highs?

siliconinvestor.com

siliconinvestor.com

Trying to determine is the XOI will reverse the current downtrend and make new highs, or is this a double top?

Seems this is the only sector out there likely to maintain an upward earnings trend, given the energy shortages to be expected in California again this summer and the associated supply restrictions on oil and natural gas.

Opinions?

iso,
A brilliant scoup that article. Contrarian indeed, if Joe SixPack is pouring money into the market and the market is still tanking, then WHO is doing the selling, VBG!

Let there be no confusion, I am still bullish on gold and silver stocks, but I am biding my time, having all next week to cipher the tape and pull the trigger. After Bush signs the tax cut, then my trigger goldfinger will be getting very very itchy, if I have to wait that long.

I see that Non Opec producers have reportedly joined forces with OPEC again, guess we find out for sure tomorrow. That will nullify some of my concerns and JimL's, if it transpires.

Could save the OSX chart also, but I am wary of the broad market influence.

Best,

Roebear
