I believe you are correct and I am with you 100% on the fundamentals, as positive for the OSX (and XOI).

Been reading this thread for many months and all you long-timers seem to always be right, both with and against the market. Some seem to buy puts on time at the right time. Just impressive as can be!

I recall that (within the last 30 days or so) Iraq has been almost begging Moscow to assist/begin new production efforts in their oilfields. That alone is bullish for the oil market.

But: I see mutual funds and the big financials repeating the big selloffs again in October. For tax reasons, this will be a good year for just a few investors. Like last year,a lot of folks, who missed all their deductible tax write-offs, will join in before year end.

Until then, rallies will happen and shorts can make some money, all in a trading range.
