New BIKR CEO doing same as old CEO

Herm was brought in as a turnaround king. Turnaround kings have to do desperate things. I don't condone anything he did just giving a reason why. The new guy is doing the same thing. They just fired the CFO because they want to blame bad books on him. This will be the third year with missing inventory, bookkeeping errors and misstatement of income. It's a desperate company doing desperate things to try and stay alive. The old attorney is the new CEO. He rose in the ranks because everyone ahead of him quit. He used to do bankruptcies. The new BOD is also milking the company as they know they have to go BK. Everyone got raises and a free bike yet they almost filed BK last year. The BOD and insiders own NO shares. They sold them all over a year ago. Their new attorney also just quit. They are not abiding by SEC regulations right and left. Also FNV just went BK and they owe 4.5M to them due in June. No extension now. Not looking good.

Herm is a sleazy guy. I've been watching him as the CFO on Zone. The SEC booted ZONE and made them restate their books though it wasn't herms fault. They're not even back on otcbb for a few more weeks. The restatement of course showed more losses. They will go BK. They just "sold" all their websites and ecommerce.

The analyst was nice to you as you were positive about the company. I was not. My ex was the editor of Easyriders, the biggest bike mag. in the world for HDs. I met everyone in the industry which is how I knew exactly what their dealers, bike owners and suppliers were doing. I spoke to them. I was hoping to use my contacts to make money on these bike stocks. The only way I could have would have been by shorting them though I've played HDI dips and spikes well. I made 36K in a month or so last year on the stock playing the release of new models and natural annual trend.

A BIKR investor asked me to take a look at bikr. I posted that they owed their suppliers tons of money, their bikes had major problems, they weren't selling as many bikes as posted, the factory was incapable of building the number of bikes they quoted and they were using a COG closer to HDIs then reality. All of these little bike companies have COG almost equal to the bike sales prices.

The analyst threatened to sue me. He bashed me on the boards. I posted that the numbers were way off and it was just a P&D. He said my lawsuit was in the mail. It never arrived. If you read the service section of wbn.com it states that they will bash naysayers on the message board and they will threaten to sue them on behalf of the companies they represent.

Obviously bikr/umcc was never a good deal. None of the new little companies were as their business plans were not good and now the economy sucks. bigx, tmot, afv just went bk. Confederate will go bk. Big Dog and Indian having problems. Here's some good pics which show the difference between Harley and Ultra. Sure they're competitors ;-)
