Kenneth, he may have a poor track record but he did have the ear of the Reuter's new service, and Reuters did not make the observation about the track record. Neither did Nortel.

Have you read David Baldacci's "The Simple Truth"?

Hi Ken - it is not so much of the messenger but the message. When you go to court, it is fairly meaningless to attack the opponent. Rather, each wants to build each one's case based on evidence. IMHO, in the past several months, we have debated about things/people rather irrelevant to our investments. Instead, maybe we want to see if Nike T has a good case this time around.
