Brokers tell lies often, ANALysts make noise only at the END, you have to do your own DD Due Diligence homework, and read, learn, study, calculate and compute. And you have to know people. I find it all boils down to two questions: First: Is the Stock worth more than its price in US Dollars. Second: Will this stock go up A) either because of human emotion and psychology sometimes called MOMENTUM like most sold off rallys, or B) rational fundamentals for the stock's future stream of earnings values. That is always at all times the only two questions that you must ALWAYS constantly ask. That requires your own research into the numbers, the charts and listening to news, even foolish news. In these volatile times, you can make or lose a lot of money fast. Losing it slow is no better result is it? Making it slow is hard also, most people lack patience or they lack understanding, or they are in a rush, panic up or down, and follow the herd since its easier than thinking for themselves. Right now I am into growth stocks, volatile yes, but volatile on the upside also, PALM and NTAP are my main picks. They have never been this low, not EVER, and they are in a growing market. Isn't growth what its all about? Anyone can bury their money. Remember the master with two servants, the one that kept it safe by burying it and the other who invested it, put it to work. Investing takes work, it is not for the lazy. In the end, there is a bottom when buyers stop selling. This is especially so where these days, most buyers were selling to the very short sellers who started the sell off at the rally high and NEEDED to buy your shares lower to cover their short sales. When Buyers stop selling, the markets will rise. Its that simple. When people get sick of selling at a loss, the markets will rise. In the End, ONLY BUYERS WILL SURVIVE TO THRIVE. So, I continue to sign this lonely tune, and continue to buy low to sell higher.
