I've been told that there may be some inaccuracies or at the very least some exaggeration. Hopefully it points to worse case scenarios only.

But I still want my cheap LA real estate.

Ron, chartwise and sentimentwise there are a lot of similarities between the bear trap of mid october 99 and the bull trap of jan 2001.

the nas blow-off period that started in mid ocrober lasted 2.5 months with just small minor one or two day corrections to the trend until January 1st, when one month sideways consolidation started, this move down from the bull trap fed meeting would last an equal 2.5 months if it ended tax day.

just something to think about.
