All the same, it sounds as if it is rapidly approaching the point where it would be better to sit on their bridge loan for a year rather than price this as the sector approaches its bottom. As the next upcycle for the semiconductor cycle kicks in, getting a $14 pricing on AGR may well be a given. Unless MSDW thinks LU might go bankrupt in the interim, postponing the IPO is probably the best return both parties could get.

Morgan Stanley can't postpone it. They've got a hellacious bridge loan that depends upon it.
